Witted Megacorp has signed an agreement to purchase Software Sauna

We are thrilled to announce that Software Sauna is becoming a Witted company! We have signed an agreement with Witted Megacorp for the purchase of full ownership of our company.

Witted is a Finland-based software development company that helps digitally mature Nordic large companies accelerate their software development and drive their digital transformation. Witted’s revenue in 2024 was 53 million euros. Prior to the purchase, Witted employs approximately 375 IT professionals. The company is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki First North Growth Market.

This move is a natural evolution of our long-standing partnership. Witted has been the co-owner from the beginning and over the years, we have co-operated closely, including sharing numerous mutual customers and projects. Becoming a full part of Witted is the next logical step in our journey together.

While this is a step forward, a lot of things stay the same, too. Our core operations will remain unchanged. We will continue as the same dedicated personnel, nurturing the client relationships we’ve built.
