The Sauna Gig Process

Send us your CV and list the mot important projects with short descriptions.

There are certain points to discuss in our 40 minute intro talk. The most important ones are:

  • Completed projects
  • Proficiency and independence with technologies
  • Ideal project preferences
  • Availability for collaboration

In some cases our clients will take charge of this particular step and in others you’ll get to solve small assignment from Sauna Coding Factory.

Once you entered our database, we’ll create your Gigs profile and update you about all upcoming gigs before we connect you with potential/current clients.

Like said above, in some cases this talk will mean technical assessment, and in others is just a general talk, so the people ‘’on the other side’’ can check your background work and see if you’d be a fit for their team and project.
